About Javid Art
Persian culture, lived in, not locked away.
Javid (جاوید) means eternal. We make art prints, homeware and gifts that bring the things we grew up with (Nastaliq letters, Tehran taxis, carpet patterns, Shahnameh heroes) into the homes we’ve made everywhere else.

What we make
Real references, redrawn.
Every Javid design starts from something real: a line of calligraphy, a street corner in Tehran, the border of a grandmother’s rug. We redraw it with a contemporary eye, using bold colour, pop-art wit and clean composition, so it looks as at home in a Toronto condo or a Berlin flat as it would in Tehran.
Our pieces are printed to order by specialist print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer, and every order is made for you.
Culture, not costume
No random symbols, no fake Farsi, no “Arabian nights”. When a design uses Persian words, they mean something, and we tell you what.
Made to order
Each piece is produced when you order it and then shipped to you. It’s less waste, and it lets us keep designs fresh.
For the diaspora and the curious
For second-generation kids, mixed families, gift-givers and anyone who likes a good story on their wall.
